Does anyone know if you can rent out the VIP rooms at the theme parks (like the siemens one at Spaceship Earth) to have convention meetings in? I saw a video on that particular VIP room and think that would be just about the greatest meeting space ever. 
Wow, that would be a cool meeting. I'm not sure if that's possible. I think you could contact Disney conventions/meetings to find out. They have a website, too...

It would be an even better place for client meetings.
According to this site (http://adisneymeetings.disney.go.com/media/dwm/en_US/media/tools/qft/QFT.html), they seem to only hold meetings in the resorts. Though meeting in the parks would be great!
Sometimes Disney has those "you can negotiate with someone in person" types of things. I wonder if this fits the bill.

I know you can rent out certain parks -- or parts of parks. They recently had that dinner in the great movie ride! It might be fun to bring everyone to the Finding Nemo theater in the Animal Kingdom after the park closes. They could have a private showing of the show, then you could have speakers or something. Might be cool.

Having a company meeting in the Great Movie Ride would be the BEST!
