Ok i will ask you one of your questions

If you could hang with anyone from the board... who would it be, and what would be the first thing you guys would do?
Also...
If you got stuck on a ride, which one would you enjoy to be stuck on, or which one would drive you insane?

The dislike I know for sure. Its than San Angel Inn restaurant. Ate there 2 years ago, and the food came out cold. The steak was over cooked. Jess got sick from it. Service was down right horrible. If you get a spicy dish... you would HOPE your waiter would at least be around. But no... he was taking care of this table of 2 more than us.

Like...... this one is tough because I don't differ too much for the likes... Oh wait! Even though I'm on vacation and at Disney. I still love to get on the internet and be connected with my friends back home. Plus I try not to miss my hockey so we usually try to get back to our room so we can watch some Blue Jackets hockey! LOL

Yes. It use to be Hollywood Studios, but like everyone else... once you start getting older. You start appreciating Epcot. I love Epcot for the main reason its usually the less busiest out of all the parks. Its also a great place to finish the day which I absolutely love. Plus the countries are such an added bonus to the park as well. Its like 2 parks in one.

Favorite WDW memory?

Ill combine this with part of my 3 favorite Disney pictures. So the first pic will be my favorite Disney Memory and ill explain, then post the rest.

The second one is one of the 3 favorites, but this was my daughters first Mickey Ice Cream Bar. This memory has stuck in my mind ever since! Had tons of people comes up to me saying... "I hope your taking pictures of this!" She had it ALL OVER HER FACE! But let me start the story from the beginning because its funny....

So our son wanted to go on those race cars, and I personally didn't want to, so Jess went. So I had Brooke, and were just chillin, and I see an Ice Cream Cart. So Brooke and I go and get ourselves a Mickey Bar to share. So were eating, having a great time, and usually this is fine... but notice what she is wearing... Jess doesn't like Brooke to get ANYTHING on her clothes... even though she is a baby... so I knew if I got ANY chocolate on her, id be a dead man. So try telling this to a little one who is in love with this chocolate ice cream from Disney heaven!

So my Mom finds us, and she start taking the pictures. So blackmail.... check. So Jess and Evan still hadn't finished the ride, so Brooke finishes up, and I clean her up and it was like it never happened! My Mom and I kept it a secret till we got back to the room that night. I got in trouble... heh

So yeah... I can't just pic three pictures as I found out... so here are my favorites....

I use this one for my iPhone background

My little Princess.... with shoes... lol

This was Brookes reaction to her first Dole Whip...

Always loved this picture of Wilderness Lodge

NHL: Columbus Blue Jackets. Jess and I are PSL Holders which means we own our seats... heh.
NCAA Football: Love me my Ohio State Buckeyes. I will also cheer for Michigan State as well. Both for Basketball as well.
NBA: Boston. All honesty... I follow Kevin Garnett. Love that guy. Such a class act. Even better when our boy Sully got drafted to the Celtics!

And why is 27 my favorite number?

One of the BEST RB's EVER! Eddie George!

We know that AKL is your favorite resort but what others have you stayed in? Are there any in which you have not stayed but you would like to try? Are there any you stayed in and did not care for?

Yes.... Se7en is such a great movie. I need to rewatch it again actually... been way too long.

How did I start liking Sweet Tea? Had family in South Carolina, and it was all they made. So once I had it... I was HOOKED! Now I drink it because believe it or not... it helps my arthritis.

Hmmm... the collection huh....

Mine is the 4 squares on the left:

Thanks to Jessi on here... I have been able to pick up a couple. On the third image... bottom square... in the middle are Pins with film. The Aladdin, and Monsters Inc. She has gotten me The Little Mermaid, Lion King. And I bought the Rapunzel off eBay. Oh.... and Jessi got me the 10th Anniversary Pin for Lilo and Stitch! Ill get pictures of them tonight.

For some reason my answer didn't get posted as I went back to check them out? Weird!

So who would I take? Ill take you senseicj! Just for asking me my question! lol

But in all seriousness... the first thing we would try to do is de-pants the Mouse. Since that could possibly get us kicked out... or worse... get caught by security people with a badge with a mouse on it... we would go to Epcot, and just chill back in the countries. Drink a bit and just chill.

If I got stuck on a ride that id enjoy... it would have to be Soarin. I think it would be funny to start seeing people freak out... heh

As for a ride I don't want stuck on. Id say Its A Small World... but id probably just start singing a long, so ill pick The Journey Into Imagination. But one specific part... the smell station. If I got stuck in that area on a continuous loop. Ill hop out and start running!

Good question. Before AKL, which is DVC... we went to Disney 4 times I believe. First time I was too young to remember. Second time we stayed at Caribbean Beach. I really liked that one at the time because of the pool. So as a kid... it was a great resort. Then next time was at Dixie Landings. That one I really liked a lot more than Beach. At first I thought I was going to hate it because it had more of a girly feeling to it... lol. But I ended up loving it. And the last time before DVC it was with family... and ill not speak of that time.

So Dixie Landings was my favorite, but now its Port Orleans. As for where id like to stay at? Art of Animation is on my list. Love the themed rooms. Poly would be AWESOME to stay at... so its at the top of the list. I just love the look of the Poly. Its so inviting.

Honestly? This might sound boring... but Sleeping. LOL

Other than that... not sure. Ive gotten to use to going to Disney for the kids... that I still keep thinking how were gonna have fun without them. Don't get me wrong... I know we will. Its just going to be sooooooo different.

But since sleeping is a boring answer.... I'm most looking forward to taking our time and not have the feel of being rushed. Last year was nuts with Brooke wanting to see all the Princesses... running around trying to get them all done makes ya tired. So to be able to go at our pace will be great.

Though I love my kids, and they're pretty much adults anyhow, I LOVE going without them too! The pace is more relaxed, there are no sudden tantrums that change your plans, I feel much less rushed and like I can really do the park my way. I can honestly say that rediscovering Disney as an adult without the kids along has been an absolute joy.

I understand how you feel about not having the kids with you. The first time we went without them I was wondering the same thing. It ended up that I LOVED it. We dined instead of ate. We took our time and did what we wanted. I swear I tell everyone that Disney is really not for kids it is for ADULTS.

We were the same - we wondered if we could enjoy everything on our own. Our first adult only trip was in May, and the fact that we are going back already in October should tell you how it went! laugh

Yeah... besides with the extended family for Christmas.... its always been before or after Thanksgiving. When I was a kid, it was after Thanksgiving. We go then because the temp is just right for us Ohioans... crowds are down. We like the lights for Christmas.

My Dad is an optometrist. So when he was researching the best time to go when I was a kid, one of his patients said... Oh... go the week after Thanksgiving. So ever since then... its just been pretty much it. He has talked about that week so much we usually see one of his patients AT DISNEY every year. Last year I think was the first time we hadn't seen someone from work. (I work for my Father btw...)

So this trip with Jess and I will be a bit weird... because I'm so use to going in November... lol
