Revelers will toast the New Year atop the newest resort in the neighborhood during "Mezzanotte at Topolino's: An Italian Masquerade," and as part of Membership Magic, eligible Disney Vacation Club Members* may begin booking this limited-capacity event two days before the general public. Member registration begins on July 16, while reservations for the general public open on July 18.
