Memory Maker

Hi I'm Hoping somebody can help me

I am thinking of purchasing the memory maker for our upcoming trip but I have a query that I just don't seem to be able to find the answer anywhere.

If I purchase the memory maker before I go and download all of my pictures within the allotted time the are on memory maker could I say 6 months down the line decide to go and get print outs from our local photography place or do a photo book with the photos in could I do this even though my photos are not available on memory maker anymore.

I hope this makes sense! and if anybody can help at all with this I will be forever in your debt!!!

As long as you download them all, yes you can do anything you want with them anytime you want. They will be on your computer, not on MemoryMaker. You only have like 30 days to download them, the they are deleted from MemoryMaker.

so as long as I download all the photos before they run out on memory maker I will own them forever and be able to do what i want with them?

Thanks so much!

I think you have 45 days from the date the first photo is taken and added to your memory maker account to download them, although the wording is misleading on the site, I think you have 30days maximum duration between the first and last photo. I've read and reread all the pages I can find and that's how I understand it.
But yes, once you have downloaded all your photos you can do whatever you want with them.

I know the wording is so confusing! also you don't have to pay for downloads do you?? because there is also download prices aswell, I know this might sound a stupid question but its better to ask!!!!

MemoryMaker is covered under the same expiration policy as Photopass:

The download prices are for people that dont buy the package and only want to by a picture or two. MemoryMaker is $149.00 if bought in advance.

This may be an even sillier question, but what's the difference between PhotoPass and MemoryMaker?

Since I'm always the one taking pictures, there are never any pictures of me on our vacations. So I was thinking about purchasing either PhotoPass or MemoryMaker, but I'm not clear on what the difference is.

Also, how do they work? Do I go to certain spots in the parks and find a CM with a camera and say, "Hi! Can you take my picture?"
