I just saw on the DFB page on Facebook that the menu changed at the Sci-Fi Drive. The new menu is available on the Disney site.

Oh no! Looks like they got rid of the BBQ Ribs, which were my daughter's favorite. She's not a big BBQ fan, however she could really put away the ribs at Sci Fi. I'm kind of disappointed. Maybe next time we're at Hollywood Studios we'll give someplace else a try.
Where do you eat when you're there?
THANK YOU SCI-FI!
I always thought that was the coolest place but it always annoyed me that the atmosphere never match the food. I remember when we ate there I got a steak that was marinated in a red-wine reduction sauce. While it was very good I just felt weird eating it while watching old B-horror movie trailers.
That Picnic Burger looks disgusting though.

Last year was my first time visiting DHS. I ate at Brown Derby, Sci-Fi Drive In and the 50's Prime Time Cafe. This year I will be eating at Brown Derby, Sci-Fi Drive In and Hollywod & Vine.

Our meal at Hollywood and Vine was one of the few dining experiences we didn't want to repeat. Just bland, boring food. On the plus side our server was excellent. But it's hard to judge any restaurant on 1 meal.
This is good news. The last time the wife and I were there the food was pretty blah. Hopefully they have have a new chef.
We've stayed at:
Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge, Beach/Yacht Club, Old Key West Resort, Port Orleans (Riverside & French Quarter), Coronado Springs, Boardwalk Inn, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Caribbean Beach, Pop Century, All Star (Music & Sports).
Ha...apparently we're hoity toity. We only ever eat at the Brown Derby. We need to branch out, actually.

I just noticed a couple of changes on the Liberty Tree Tavern menu tonight.

Thats the lunch menu not the dinner menu. Dinner is all you can eat family style.
