The MK Steam Trains

Does anyone else consider it a must-do to take the train around the park at least once during their stay? We love doing that. I wonder what's going to happen when there's no longer a Toon Town! Anyone know?

Yes I agree that it is a ritual that we must partake in at least once during every trip. Also you bring up an interesting point about Toon Town, I would imagine that some accomodation for a train stop around the area of the FantasyLand expansion would be included in the plans otherwise that will leave only two stops, and it is a long way between FrontierLand and Main St. station.

Judging by that concept artwork, it looks like the new Fantasyland is going to be HUGE! I hope there are TWO train stops!

I agree -- it'd be great to have a couple of stops on the train. And they've got Fantasyland broken into so many different "princess lands" that I'm sure the stops could be very intricately themed. Looking forward to seeing what they do!

Hi,

I must be completely out of the loop, or not paying attention (more likely the latter). Fantasyland expansion?

By the way, when I first visit MK on a trip, I ride the train once around.

Jim's like me, when he doesn't get to go soon he doesn't pay attention to the news as much. silly

They're taking out Mickey's Toontown and adding a 2nd Dumbo and a bunch of other stuff to Fantasyland.

As far as the train goes, we actually don't ride it every trip, but I'd be devastated if they took it out.
