MNSSHP Questions..

Can anyone clarify two questions...Question 1...Do they empty MK at 5.00 PM ?.....Question 2... We have three MNSSHP cards, do we get them exchanged for wrist bands.?...Thank you..I'am having a discussion with my DW on these questions..

they empty the park from 7pm actually and after that time if you don't have a wristband you are politely guided out of the park

on your other question I'm not 100% but when we have our e-tickets they scan them and give us wristbands (make sure they don't secure it too tight because once they clip it in you cant get it back out!!!) I would imagine they would do the same with a card?

They don't actually empty the park. Cast Members will make human chains across all walkways starting at the furthest points back in the park and sweeping forward to the entrance. As they walk, guests who have wristbands for the party are allowed to pass them and continue their visit, and those without are reminded that the park is closing early for a hard ticket event and they need to leave. It's done very quietly and if you're wearing a wristband and not paying attention you can almost miss it happening.

For MVMCP we just used our ticket at the gates like normal and once you were in you were given the party wristband. I'm assuming it's the same for the halloween party.

Don't forget to take a trick or treat bag when you are handed one. Trick or treating is for all ages at this party!!!The treats are fantastic btw.

They do give give you the wrist bands after checking your card. You get to keep the card. You can enter with you party card as early as 4 pm. If you are already in the park there is normally a location inside I think near tomorrow land where you can also get your wrist band. Since we grew up trick or treating after dark we waited until the last couple hours to do that. We still got way more treats than we could eat so shared over half of it.

JMed I would go. We have been several times and it wasn't bad. The crowds to us were no worse than summer. Just do a week night instead of weekends. It is is much fun! You will have a blast!!Smile

I don't have pics but it's a pretty decent blend of brand name candy, and you can go through the lines as many times as you want to. Some of the dates for the parties can get pretty packed, however not all of them. Going on the earlier dates reduces crowds and so does going during the week vs. a weekend date.

And wow, how did all that candy get in that teeny tiny bag??? Disney Magic?????

Thanks for the insight on when to go. Maybe in a couple years when we take Blondie for Avatar!

Last year we had an 85ltr rucksack and it was full of candy, biscuits and M&Ms and it was full! I am still eating some of the biscuits (they are those cheese biscuits with peanut butter centres) a lot of the candy I tried and then gave to work colleagues as I didn't like it. Oh and don't get peeps they are just odd and weird.

Roast a peep over a fire, it will change your mind! The sugar caramelizes and the middle stays soft. We never roast regular marshmallows anymore!!!

And self-control. Had I been sorting, there would have been a lot of candy that mysteriously disappeared... wink

Last year some guests were being escorted out of the park after their dining reservations.
