Nope. I've never made it to a rope drop, but its on my list for next time.

Have you ever sent a meal back because it wasn't up to par?

Not personally, but a friend that I was traveling with had to send back a cheesesteak at EoS because it missed the toaster step.

Have you ever gotten physically sick on/ after a ride?

YES. Myself, DH, and one of my sisters got SO sick on Mission Space Orange on our last trip. DH actually couldn't eat anything at our Coral Reef dinner reservation almost an hour later he was so sick, which is a real shame because dinner was delicious! sad

Have you ever submitted a formal compliment to Disney about a cast member?

Yes -I wrote in about the desk manager at SSR and praised him to the skies. He let me stay overnight at SSR when I had no points left in my DVC account. I also bought him dinner via a nice tip.

Have you ever (edited by Moderator. Please try another question.)

Yes, the time the CM at the All Star Music picked me up in the golf cart so I wouldn't have to hobble on crutches. I swear he was a spy because he always seemed to be around when I needed him.

Have you ever....gotten so excited over a character encounter you cut in front of children in line?

Never cut in front of a child in line, but I got so excited about meeting Peter Pan that I did monopolize the conversation.

Have you ever tried a snack everyone was raving about but you didn't care for? If so, which one?

I haven't, but Benn forgot his magic band one day near the end of our trip last December. He realized it as we were walking up to the turnstiles at DHS. Luckily, he was carrying the AP card in his wallet or he would have had a very unhappy wife! laugh We now do a mandatory band check before leaving the resort.

Have you ever had an argument with another guest?

It depends on whether you count Mrs Ferret as another guest wink

Yes!! With several Brazilians who decided to crowd our space and even cut in next to us (between us and our kids mind you!) as we patiently waited for 30 minutes in one spot for the 3PM parade at MK. When it comes to parades and the etiquette, I know a thing or two coming from the New Orleans area, and having been to my share of Mardi Gras parades. We are civil here when lining up for parades, and we all respect each others space. Not the BRAZILIANS!!!! mad I almost hit someone that day.. My wife had to keep me calm..... eek

Have you ever made a purchase at the parks, and the CM made an error in your favor and you did not report the mistake? confused

No, but at Columbia Harbour House the CM only rang up 1 meal and we had asked for 2 meals. When Rick told him that he had not charged us for 1 of the dinners, he said "no problem", we paid and the CM told the food servers that we should be getting 2 meals and 2 drinks. That was very nice of him.

Have you ever == gotten emotional/tearful when meeting a character?

I haven't gotten emotional when meeting a character but I almost always get emotional on the ride into Disney on the Magical Express!

Have you ever ridden on the same ride more then five times in a row?

Um. . .do videos count? Kim and I got tickets to see Barbra Streisand in Las Vegas for her millennial concert at the MGM Grand. It was so cool; we had great seats - on the side but near the front, and in the front row of our section. So Amazing. She was so good. . .Kim cried through the whole concert!!

But oh, yeah, the video thing. . .

When the concert came out on DVD, I gave it to Kim for her birthday. We watched it and there we were in several of the crowd shots. Not distant shots where we knew we had to be there, but full close ups as the film crew moved down the side aisle and panned along the crowd. Us. Right there.

Seriously. Barbra Streisand video. cool

Have you ever ruined a thanksgiving dinner but had everything work out even better?
