New Test Track Video

New Test Track Video

For those who would like to "kinda" ride it before you actually can.... here ya go. Now remember. They only changed visuals. The track remained the same. So if anyone is expecting a "New Experience or Different" could wind up being heavily disappointed.

Me... personally... I think it looks funny and weird. But thats me. Im all about making things futuristic... but they seem to have gone for more of a digital future which is cool.... but I think they made it too simplistic visually. Maybe it will be cooler actually riding it. But thats what im getting at least from just the video.

And one last video that may help... side by side video. Dont get me wrong. Definitely has much more of a look... but almost miss the old in a way? Dont know... lol

I agree with you Mase. I def like the older one... It was themed great, and had a fun story. This seems like they just made it futuristic by putting neon lights and LCD screens around the ride... Not a fan of the change.

This change is going to freak out my nephew who hates dark rides. The old way was much more kid friendly, and truth be told, I liked the story better the old way. This time maybe change wasn't for the better. Oh well.

I really didn't like the old test track. Kind of lame if you ask me. I sort of like the new "TRON" inspired ride. I will check it out tomorrow and let ya know what I think.

Hmm...interesting. Definitely fitting for "Future World", I guess.

Do they still do the "extreme heat" testing like they did before, where you can feel it blazing on you?

From what it seems in the video... no. They replace it with a wind test. If you havent... watch the side by side video, and it will show ya.

This ride seems more fitting for Tomorrowland- to me at least.

I can finally report that after riding the "new" test track today (twice) that it is way better than the origional. Alot faster inside and outside on the loop. The graphics inside are fantastic. Very tron like. Even LUVALLDISNEY said it is waaaaaaaay better. clapping
