Got back last night from our whirlwind long weekend! Had a blast! 
We'll post a full trip report - but I wanted to share a few quick thoughts on traveling with a 2 year old. First....rest up! I'm definitely not as young as I used to be... 
Two year olds have boundless energy until they flame out and crash!
Aiden did better than I thought - loved all the rides and shows - Disney Jr Live on Stage a BIG hit!
Renting a full size stroller from Magic Strollers was a great move - umbrella strollers aren't comfortable for kids for a full day in the parks.
Also, having a full size crib in the room was a huge plus for getting him to sleep through the night. Just ask the hotel and they'll deliver one to your room, set it up and put the crib sheet on.
We should have planned for a down day (hotel pool, etc) in between the park days. Aiden would have been thrilled just to ride the resort boats around ......loved the boats!
