Wow! That is very impressive. It turned out great. What a nice place to relax in at home. I could see myself spending more time down there than in the rest of the house. Congrats!

Thank you! I am very impressed - only TWO people did this, CJ and or neighbor, Dave. Oh, and yes, we hired a plumber to help with relocating the washer - but he was a plumber who is laid off right now and only charged us $300 to do all of it!

Wow! Never mind my request for photos in the other thread; I hadn't gotten to this one yet! What a beautiful remodel! Looks like a great family room (and play room for your beautiful kiddos!). Definitely worth that small amt of money. Congratulations on your decision.

Hahaha - probably not! We keep the utility/laundry room locked so at least they can't mess with that stuff!

The kids usually claim places like that in my experience. Although if it localizes their damage it may be well worth it.
