Park commando style day 1

We arrived, rented our car and arrived at sheraton lake beuna vista without a hitch. Unfortunately our suite was just rug shampooed and everything was damp. We complained and got 30$ off a night. 105 a night?! Yes please. Our garden grocer delivery was waiting for us at bell services. Off to epcot!

I think the travel left me a little out of sorts and our wet rug delayed us a bit. We didn't arrive to epcot until 2 pm. We had aaa diamond parking so getting in was easy. By the time we arrived soaring fast pass was 7pm and we didn't to wait 60 min. So we hit the charachter spot to meet mickey, Minnie and Pluto. What a thrill for my girls ages 4 and 7.

We the. Split up. Dad and big girl went to test track and the little girl and I did nemo, crush and the seas. She talked to crush which was cool duuuude! Then we did the wizard of oz playground. By the time the other half did test track we were tired And headed to world showcase. My 7 yr old loved test track but dad thought it was kinda lame and wished they waited for soaring instead.

We met Donald out side Mexico and got dole whips at the pineapple stand. We had 1 with rum and 1 without. We all loved them! Totally addicted now. We walked the country loop and looked at all the cool topiary. So amazing! We saw Alice at uk and sped off to Japan teppan Edo for dinner. It was yummy and kept the kids awake.

We did pick a pearl at Epcot and my daughter found a 7.5! We had it set with a dolphin and she loved it! We then found a spot for illuminations and opted for desert from France instead of soarin. Illuminations was nice. The kids liked it and it has a mellow vibe which was perfect since we were exhausted. We meandered out admiring all the flowers. We purchased photo plus at the park. We should have done it in advance and saved $ but it became a great thibg since now we have every professional charachter shot on digital download. The kids passed out in the car and we hit the bed around 12. It was exhausting but a great day 1. The only regret is choosing test track over soarin and missing Mexico and Norway. Wish we had more time at Epcot!

Day 2. MK Got up early and hit the hotel breakfast buffet which was free and great. Raced out to mk opening. Aaa diamond parking got us close to TTC. Rented lockers and we were on our way. We followed touring plans and raced to peter pan to get fast pass. Then raced to under the sea Ariel which was so so cool. Great new disney effects here and on the queue. We had no wait at all and then raced to meet Ariel who was awesome. We were so excited to get this done. We did the carousel ( too short!) and small world and then peter. The 4 yr old was in heaven. We then jetted off to splash mt and big thunder mt also no lines/ quick fast pass. We were tired and hot so we left the park for lunch at the grand Floridian cafe.

The break from the park was perfect. We had a nice relaxing lunch while the 4 year old slept in the stroller. The grand Floridian cafe was super accommodating. We enjoyed the lobby singers and shopped and watched a bride taking photos for 2 hours. My kids loved it. While we were there a storm passed by so the timing was great.

We headed back to mk to get a space mt fass pass. While we waited we did people mover and buzz light year. That was a huge disappointment. Not only did it stop but my husband lost his lens cap. The ride gave me a headache. While dad and older girl did space the 4 yr old and I danced with goofy, stitch and Pluto. She loved it. We also hit the arcade a bit. She loved the ski ball and air hockey. A nice way to wait for the rest of the family. We then did the speedway which was fun. It was quickly time for liberty tree tavern.

We had a great server named Russell and the food is plentiful and yummy. We lined up for electro light parade at 8:20 and had a front row seat. The kids loved it and so did we. We headed off to find a spot for wishes. Our spot was only ok. A tree blocked some of it but it was still so pretty. We left with the masses and rode a ferry back to TTC. Everyone was exhausted!

We thought touring plans ap was super helpful. The disney experience ap not so much. It's slow and wait times on the rides seemed 10 min longer than actual.
Finally crashed in bed at 12.

By day 3 some sleep deprivation was beginning to set in. We got an early start for chef Mickey and vale parked the car at the contemporary. This turned out to be a great move. Chef Mickey was only ok for us. The photo pass was with a plastic mickey! Why? Kinda lame. The food was only fair and the character interaction brief. I would skip it. We wished daisy was there. Off to mk. Hubby was annoyed that chef mickey put us in the park at 10:30. Now everyone was grumpy that we missed tinks nook. No fairies this time. There was some sadness because the wait was now 60 min. Boo!

Off to splash mt where there was no line. We did haunted mansion and then alladin twice and jungle cruise. My kids loved jungle cruise. They liked the corny jokes. Our driver was so sweet she gave our 4 year old a special jungle cruise driver ID. Cool! We explored the agrabah market place and looked for hidden mickeys. It was fun. I really liked this mellow area.

Off to fantasyland where things got dicey. The construction of snow whites mine causes a major bottleneck and traffic. Everyone now agitated. Got dumbo fast pass and stood online for barnstormer till it broke down. On no! Now everyone VERY agitated. The ride was closed the rest of the day
Rode dumbo. So overrated. Off to Pinocchio haus. This is where we hit a snag!

We weren't allowed I to the restaurant with our stroller. The cm who was about 16 said he Polk y is you can come in only if the child is asleep. Our kid was dozing and almost out. While I understand a no stroller policy because it was crowded the issue was that a teenager was telling us our child wasnt asleep enough. We were agitated and annoyed so we left in a huff after a disagreement with the cm.

We headed to cosmic days where we had a relaxing lunch. It's nice that they won't seat you until you have food and the stroller was no issue. We were reenergized.

My little one was out cold so I did laugh floor with my big girl. We loved it!this attraction in underrated for sure. It was a great rest. Back to space mountain for m older girl.

After this we went to city hall because we were upset about the cm at lunch. We got a fast pass that can be used anytime. Thanks disney! They know how to make things right. While we were here we caught flag retreat which was so cool. We also caught the end of a parade. We headed off to our be our guest reservation. We had to wait 30 min so our waiter gave us another fast pass. Awesome!
We loved be our guest. It was delicious and magical. The kids loved the windows. My only suggestion would be to have belle here. Why not?
After dinner we tried to use the FP for Peter Pan but the cm said keep it. Yey. We also did the carousel again. After that we head to tomorrowland desert party. The kids loved it! Very relaxing, great view and we were so tired. After this another turn on space mountain and monorail back to contemporary where the valet car was a breeze.

We turned in our special fast pass at city hall and our account was notes that we could get 2 new ones at hs the next day. Thank you disney!!

Day 4 Hollywood studios. Parked at aaa diamond parking at raced to get a toy story mania fast pass. Breakfast at Hollywood and vine with jake, oso, handy Mandy and june. My 4 yr old was in heaven. She love dancing with them. We then did star tours muppet vision and honey I shrunk the kids playground. We met monsters inc friends and phineas and ferb. Very cool. We loved toy story mania. Dad and older sis went to use those fast passes we got on day 3 on tower of terror and rock n roll roller coaster while I hit beauty and the beast with my little girl. I thought it was great!

We ate sandwiches on the go that I packed and it began to pour. We scratched plans to go to the boardwalk hotel for a break and went to voyage of little mermaid and disney jr shows instead. I wish the disney jr show had chairs for adults. It's very uncomfortable!
We liked the vibe at Hollywood studios. Very mellow and relaxing. Perfect because we were so spent. We ate at brown derby with fantasmic package. We loved it and we loved fantasmic. We did a little shopping and ran for the car in the pouring rain. It was a great trip.

I forgot that near Dumbo the kids loved getting wet at caseys train. This lifted some spirits. The poor people on barnstormer that got stuck. While they got most off we watched a coule in the rear car sitting there for well over an hour. big bummer.

for those of you that gave me advice:
1. we didn't need to rent a stroller for our 7 year old. she was a trooper and walked everywhere
2. we didn't leave HS for boardwalk. we brought sandwiches and played through
3. We loved dessert party at tommorowland terrace
4. we did spend 3 relaxing hours at the grand Floridian eating, shopping and singing along to showtunes
your advice and tips helped a lot so thank you!
