Pecos Bill Menu Change

With Pecos Bill's Tall Tale Inn changing to a Tex Mex menu marking the end of the best burger in the Magic Kingdom, what becomes the go to burger in MK?

I would have to say Cosmic Ray's featuring the Illustrious Sonny Eclipse. Anyone else with me on this one?

I don't know! I'm so upset about this. Pecos Bill has been one of our very favorite QS spots and it's tradition that we go, sometimes more than once. MK is really lacking in the restaurant department and this was our go to. Disappointing.

All I can say is I wish there was a Five Guys Burgers & Fries at MK.

I am not horribly impressed by the new Pecos Bill's menu. In fact, I started not to like it back when they got rid of onion rings. Those things were GOOD. Now this is just another step in the wrong direction IMO.

However, if they bring the old taco salad back to the menu I might be able to live with the newest change.

I am surprised they went Tex-Mex for the menu change. You already have Mexican food over at Tortuga Tavern in Adventureland. I would've liked to see them go the BBQ food route because the Magic Kingdom doesn't have a BBQ restaurant. Now, I know Animal Kingdom has Flame Tree BBQ but had Peco's gone the BBQ route, they could've stood out by serving BBQ foods you can't get at Flame Tree like brisket, smoked sausage and spare ribs and possibly keep their signature BBQ onion ring cheeseburger they had.

I've got a thing for those cheeseburger egg rolls in adventureland. I know they're garbage but I'm hooked. And they're so close to the dole floats.

What!?!?! How do I not know about these things?

Ruben eggrolls are one of my favorites, I would totally be down to try a cheeseburger eggroll.

The cart, not too far from the tree house. They kind of taste like a McDonalds burger in an egg roll. Ounce for ounce, maybe the most unhealthy thing in the World. I ate a couple and my Fitbit started vibrating for no known reason.

Hmm..what about the Angus Chuck Cheeseburger at Liberty Tree Tavern? Granted, it's only on the lunch menu but chuck generally speaking, has a good lean to fat ratio (About 15-20% fat, which is a good number according to food experts.) and a decent flavor.

Oh they are DELICIOUS! For me they taste like a Krystal burger. I will be devouring more in November!

I saw the new menu posted today. More bbq and brisket sandwiches. I feel like those are everywhere now.

So...it looks like Tortuga Tavern and Peco's switched cuisines apparently. I just heard news about Tortuga Tavern's menu change and now they're serving BBQ food.

The burritos in TT, although not the greatest quality, were gigantic. Easily big enough for two. I hope that continues in PB. The problem with TT is that it was never open.
