a question for the pro's

Hi Ladies and Gents, I've got a question. I'm starting to plan our Disney trip for this sept ( ya, I know I am a little early but I am getting very excited ) and my question is, how many rides or attractions do you think is possible to do in a day?
I know this is a very vague question but could someone give me an average for sept 1st-sept 15th crowds?
Thanks a bunch mickey

You can definitely do a whole park in a day, especially if you're getting an early start. Were you looking to do more than that?

Not too early at all! Have you made your ADRs? It's past time! mickey

Sept 1-15 is SUPER low crowds comparatively. You should have no trouble getting quite a few rides in as long as you use fast pass (and possibly even if you don't use fast pass). It's been a while since I did the parks commando style, but plan about 20-40 minutes per attraction and you should average out at about the right time.

What does everyone else think?

If early september compares to early december, MK can be completely nailed in 2 days, Epcot 2 days and DS and AK a day each, especially if you make good use of EMH and Fastpass.

If you are going to be there for 2 weeks I would say that would be more then plenty of time to do everything

Yeah... I agree. And like DD said... you can easily do MK in 4-5 hours if you get up early. Its very easily possible. That can also be said about all the parks as well. If you did it hard enough. You could do all 4 parks in 2 days. Might be tired afterwards though... lol

Gross no early mornings and no commando. Lol, Richard doesn't believe me that you can take a very relaxed approach to this at this time and still do most everything Smile

A little early to plan?! Heck no - I started planning our September trip in December! But we all know I have issues...Joe calls it OCD laugh

Hard to answer as we're the weirdo early risers that get there at rope-drop and can do all the major attractions (and then some) before lunch. Then we casually walk around and do whatever strikes our fancy and/or has minimal wait times.

We were there last year from September 19 - 29 and crowds were light to moderate. Worst ride times for what we do always seemed to be TSM, which quickly went to 60 minutes stand-by wait and sold out of FastPass by 10:00 or sooner.

I think the first day we are at each park I'd like to see rope drop but the other days I think a swim first and then head out is more my cup of tea

that's how I would prefer to do the days now that I've been there several times and I'm "ok" if I miss something (except an ADR lol)
But this last trip I had first timers with me so I really wanted them to see as much as possible!

Definitely not too early to plan. September is a great time to be there as you can still enjoy the pools and the crowds are almost nonexistent. You'll have the place all to yourself. biggrin
