Recipe for Disney's Beignets

I know that several of you here love them so I thought I would share this recipe with you so you could make your own at home

Hrmmm... Great photography on the piece, but her final product doesn't look quite right.
Beignets aren't suppose to be flat, I wonder how they taste cool
