I'm a new runner and will be running my very first race in November. I'll be doing the 5K at the food and wine festival I'm hoping to train hard enough to be able to do the half next year
Anyways, I recently heard about compression pants and shorts. Apparently they are pretty popular with runners and are supposed to help your legs not tire as easily and help with recovery as well. Has anyone else heard of or tried these? Do you like them and are they worth buying? I'm just wondering if i should just stick to regular shorts and jogging pants.
