I just Googled worship services for WDW and they suggest going to churches in Orlando. They give a list of churches close to Disney World. The only times that Disney has worship services now are Christmas and Easter.
I have gone to Mary Queen of the Universe off of Vineland. They have lots of masses, including a daily mass. But you would need wheels.
