on getting those pictures with her.
How cool. I'm trying Kouzzina for the first time next month.
That is terrific! She looks like a nice person......
Very nice!
I think I saw you guys and wished you happy anniversary! I remember looking at the T shirt and thinking that reminds me of Skunk's avatar! Possibly in Epcot?
Thanks and perhaps it was at the Boardwalk yesterday? We had dinner at Il Mulino at the Swan, before heading over to Epcot last night. One of the few times i did not have on a red or white shirt with the wave "W".
We have breakfast at Kouzzina every trip. The Stack, skillet, blueberry pancakes, and the waffles with mascarpone are our favorites. Good bloody mary too.
So further to Tues and Wed photo ops, Tuesday afternoon we attended her culinary seminar at F&W. Cat told the attendees how much she enjoyed participating in the F&W activities each year, and that they basically have a family reunion. She mentioned there are 20+ Cora's at WDW this week. We were served a glass of wine and a lamb slider, same as the one they serve at Kouzzina. After the seminar she did a book signing.
Tuesday evening we had dinner with a friend(former castmember from Morocco) at Big River, so we did not go to Epcot that evening. After dinner we had drinks at one of the red tables across from Kouzzina. Cat came out of the restaurant and greeted everyone that walked by. Pam and I went over and told her how much we had enjoyed the seminar, and I jokingly asked if she would be there for breakfast the next morning, as we had a reservation @ 9:10. She replied yes, and her brother took the picture.
When we arrived at Kouzzina yesterday morning, there was Cat, going table to table. She stopped to say hello, and said she would check back later, which is when we all got pics. She even signed a Kouzzina menu for my sister. Later, Chef Paul stopped by and he chatted with us for at least 5 minutes as well.
The far end of the restaurant was being used for a private party, which was in fact the Cora family. Mother, spouse, brother, and lots of kids. Cat was very nice, and we enjoyed some unexpected Disney Magic.
AWESOME! How cool is that?!?! -
PS: Happy, HAPPY Anniversary!!!
That's so cool. I enjoy the food at Kouzzina it's tasty! Going to have to try the breakfast one day.

Thanks Mimi!
I had a pretty bad meal at Kouzzina. So many people rave about it, I have to give it a second chance. I'll have to drag the Missus there though. She hated it. And I am a huge fan of Greek/Medeterranean food. I was so disappointed.

Kouzzina is my least favorite restaurant at WDW. It took me a long time to finally try it since there was nothing on the menu of real interest to me. I finally went on our last trip in September and had the cinnamon chicken but wasn't that impressed.
I've been to Greece and love Greek food and what they are serving at Kouzzina is definitely not Greek. I don't think I'll be going back unless they put stuff like Gyros and Souvlaki on the menu.
Now, the Flying Fish next door is a different story altogether!
How fantastic! That's way cool.
I keep putting Kouzzina on my ADR list and I still never seem to get there.
