I am always sad to see your TRs end, but LOVE the fact that you are also always looking on to the next trip. When I do that, I get comments including words like "compulsive," or "way out of today," or "obsessed"...so I don't share them with the general population.
Just you guys.

I was a little late to the party but finally made it to your trip report: WOW! It looks like you had an absolutely amazing time and it was so much fun to read! I especially loved all your pictures of the Fantasyland expansion...the princesses are my and my fiance's favorites and we can't WAIT for all the magic when we're there in May! Probably will end up reading your TR a few more times to tide us over, hehe

For weeks I've been eagerly anticipating the next installment in "Sy's BIG 30 trip report." Sorry it's over. Of course, plenty of other people will be posting trip reports and I'll enjoy them, also. But yours was especially interesting since your trip was so long, you did so many different things, and, hmmm, I'm in it!
I thought of you Saturday evening. Dan and I went with our best friends to the nicest restaurant in town (small town, but it's still very nice). There was creme brulee on the dessert menu, and I am as big a fan of it as you are. So of course I ordered it and thought of all the photos you posted of creme brulee as I ate it. This one was especially tasty, the burnt sugar was thick and torched perfectly, the creme was delicious, and there was a little bit of whipped cream on top with a mint sprig garnish. Lovely! Hope you've had some good creme brulee since you returned home.

Aww Jan, I can't believe you thought of me that's so lovely sadly I have had zero creme brulee since coming home 
they aren't on the menu many places here, though its very popular in France. I'm off to France again in March so I might have to find some somewhere to have one 
there is a really good one sold in waitrose (supermarket) to have at home, but it's a French company that makes it which is probably why it's so good Might have to get myself down there.... I have a hankering now!

I absolutely loved this report
As the others have said I will miss coming back for more updates!
Althoughhhhh I can look forward to the 2014 trip
And I completely agree about holidaying with so many independent thinking adults! So many different priorities and politenesses mean you don't always spend the time how you would like to!

So I finally got a chance to look through and read about your time on the cruise and let me tell you that I'm so glad you convinced us to do both the Rainforest Room and Palo: your report make them both sound great and I'm so excited to check them out for ourselves!
