T-Rex

So we're probably going to go back and try some places we didn't like so much the first time on our upcoming trips. I was pretty 'meh' about T-Rex but I know several of us like it. What dishes should I try?

When I was there I had the Ribs "Mega Mes'o Bones" I liked them. They came with a lot of sauce on them I know some people like a dry rub on their ribs

I had the huge burger they have, but I don't remember it being anything spectacular. but then again, every time the 'meteor shower' happened I freaked out because I'm scared of dinosaurs, so I was pretty terrified just eating there.

In all honesty, I usually just get a burger or salad so I can save room for a Chocolate Extinction. All the Landry's restaurants have good desserts. Remember, if the menu is 7 pages, they're probably not making much fresh.

Wow, that looks really good! My son is afraid of Rainforest Cafe so I figured he would be afraid of T-rex. Any suggestions for less scary places to sit from those who have been there?

Very Very true, and something a lot of people do not realize.

We've been several times and all was good. Last time we split a flat bread and a salad and that was great. They have pretty big protions.

There will probably be some new dishes soon now that Chef Bob Getchell, formerly exec chef at Sanaa, is now in charge of T-Rex. Hoping.

Mr. Hub,
In the 70's Jan and I had his and her Land Rovers. Some of the wild things we used to do, when much younger, was to go with a Land Rover group on trail rides. At times we pushed them to their limits.
Mine was the tan one and Jan's was the biue one.

Nice Joe, I think I remember you posting the blue one before. My father used to do the same thing with a Jeep Club, but they used old army Jeeps.

The family liked TRex. Trying to fit it in when we go back. By the way, how do you do that countdown thing with the Disney logo?

My son, mom, and I were there our last trip and it was still good. Evan wanted a steak so him and I split the t-bone. Didn't need an ADR or anything and that was on a Friday night. Waited like five minutes.
