Ok..Quick question..In our last visit, we had no problem taking our Margaritas from La Cava and walking outside to other countries in World Showcase..Is this still ok during the F & W festival at Epcot..I tend to enjoy a glass of wine rather than a beer when it comes to food..So I'am wondering if I could walk from one booth to another with my wine..?..Over here it's taboo to walk outside ( unless the pub has a beer garden ) with an alcoholic drink...
Yes, during F&W you can walk around outside the entire WS with different drinks and food. You can go from booth to booth with items from previous booths still in your hands. It isn't frowned upon or taboo. It's the point if F&W.

I've never had a problem carrying a drink from one booth to another, or from one booth to a bench.
Just be aware that you can't leave Epcot with the drink, it has to be finished before you exit - I found that out the hard way lol
