Do you think any other Disney resort hotels will have any new "Theme" rooms or is this the last?

I'm sure they will change from time to time, have you heard something? They are always changing things at resorts. They may be in a lull right now, but i'm sure something new will come along at some point.
Not a word. Just was curious if any other resorts would have a "Theme" room. Guess Port Orleans Royal Rooms were the last for now?
I think its the Disneyland Hotel that has themed rooms in CA. Would love to see a "Safari Cruise" themed room at Animal Kingdom Lodge or "Big Thunder Mt." themed room at Wilderness Lodge.
Could do a Swiss Family Robinson Room too, but most kids would be like " Huh? Whats this?"
This is something I can see Disney doing more of but I doubt it'll be for a while. Sounds like a lot of focus is going into DVC resorts and not to mention all the theming that went into Art of Animation!

My kids are 11 & 9. They LOVE that movie! One of their all-time faves. They know it probable because my family are such big Disney fans.
I was so hoping for the Haunted Mansion theme rooms....
I wanted my own doom buggy!

My sons read the books as well. Many a long car ride with read along books, except they were the readers. It's hard to understand the story sometimes when they are laughing that hard....good times.
I think the themed rooms are really cool for families - ie pirates, Nemo, ect. But for a couple of adults, we enjoy the clean lined rooms (yes Coronado has a "theme") but not overt for downtime.

Me too! I feel your pain! It would have been so different and unique. Thought that would have been awesome in the "Mansion" section of Port Orleans Riverside. Since the outside facade looks like the DL Haunted Mansion, but kept up..........LOL!
I think at the moment, Disney's biggest concern is getting people into the hotel rooms (They're really pushing that through advertising and MM+) so I would think re-theming hotel rooms for now is put on hold.
"All my life I wonder how it feels to pass a day, not above them but part of them.
And out there living in the sun, give me one day out there, all I ask is one to hold forever. Out there where they all live unaware, what I'd give, what I'd dare, just to live one day out there."
