Construction permits were filed this past week for the TRON Coaster being built in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom. While it should still be some time before we see the coaster being built, this step makes way for ground clearing, infrastructure, and utility work to begin in preparation. While no date has been announced for the ride yet, most Disney experts expect it to open in 2021 for the 50th anniversary of the Park.
