Tough camera ?

Looking at getting a new camera and was wondering if anyone had any experience with the particular model i am looking at.
It is the Olympus TG-2 tough camera.

Anyone ?

Yes, actually I do. I have been purchasing them for the past several years for our police department for the officers to carry in the vehicles. They are an excellent rough camera, shockproof , waterproof, very good picture quality. We use them for taking for everything from car accidents to close ups for evidence. They also have infra red LEDs on them for macro shots so you don't need a flash. They get great fingerprint shots. We have 6 of the TG cameras and I just ordered 3 new TG-3's.

Do you know if the zoom/fisheye lens atachments are any good on these or is it just better to stick to the basic camera?

They have a pretty good zoom on their own and I think they have a filter built in for fish eye, didn't know of any attachments though.One of the many cameras I use is a Nikon AW100 which is pretty tough. Used it for underwater videos and on the wet rides with no problem. Takes pretty good pics too. Shockproof, waterproof and GPS . Its also full HD and takes great video.
