Tweet Up Aug 23

If you follow me on twitter then you know I am heading down to WDW aug 23rd the night before I begin my CP. I am going to me in the MK(EMH that night) and I want to know if anyone wanted to meet up to watch Wishes and grab a couple attractions.

If you aren't following me already on twitter my name is Rico117 and I will follow up with more info.

Hope to see you all in the world and if you can't make it this time be sure I will be having more.

So does that mean that you'll be in WDW for 23 aug on? Or will you be unavailable once you start your CP?

Wow this is an awesome response.

I do not know my CP placement yet I will be letting everyone know via my blog and through twitter and other sources.

I will be hopefully having a Tweet up every week or at least whenever people want to. I will post here and on many other forums that i frequent, the best bet is to get me via twitter.

I am in WDW from the 23rd of Aug. until Jan 10th.

Hope that answers all questions and thanks for the well wishes.

That's probably the best in my opinion. I'd suggest Tomorrowland Noodle Station, but at Casey's there's more to do and you can grab a hot dog. Wish I could be there. Are you psyched to start your CP?

That's a great idea too. It has the benefit that you don't need a ticket to do it, which isn't a problem for most of us, but is still a plus.

Do you have any idea what you'll be doing CM wise?

Casey's is a GREAT idea! Be sure to do it NOT at mealtime, though. That place can get CROWDED! sarcastic biggrin

Really love the poly beach/wishes/dole whip idea. Be sure to let us know when that's happening!

Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier! I can't believe your move to Orlando is so close! You mention on your blog that you're in Europe -- are you still? Very cool!

Casey's idea is a good one. I totally agree with Bali that you should make it at an "off time" so that the place isn't packed with people lined up for hot dogs silly

I don't have an idea of where I will be working. I find out in...10 days!

admin- I am still in Europe. Norwich, England at the moment but I am back in the states on Sunday. A bittersweet end to a long time away from home.

You can go visit the London pavilion in Epcot, but somehow I feel that won't be the same. laugh

Do you know if there are "entry level" jobs that they usually give to the new guys? I have a feeling you have to work your way up. Will be excited to hear where you wind up.

yeah it is definitely working my way up in the company. I start with basic wage, treatment the whole lot of things. I am in attractions so that can be any ride or show operations.

Quick Update. I am here, i just finished my training on my attractions. I am in tomorrowland but in the interest of show I'm not going to say exactly where. I love it and every day I go to work excited to make magic. Hope you all follow along on my blog and it gives you insight into what being a young cast member is like.
