DH and I were talking yesterday about this (and I mentioned something about VIP access in this thread), so I thought I'd ask if anyone has any insights into how you can get VIP treatment, or what exactly VIP treatment IS, in disney parks.
Do they escort you around to each ride? Do you get faster fastpasses? Do you get to go to the front of the line through the back doors? Do you get private dining rooms for meals? Just wondering!

Hi bali, actually someone from my work actually won a trip to WDW last fall and they had the VIP treatment. They did have someone escort them around the parks the whole time. Anywhere they wanted to go, they took them. They went right to the front of the lines everytime. Anywhere they wanted to eat, they got in when they wanted too! They actually got tired of it by the end of the trip. They said it got to be too much by the end of the trip with someone hanging arounf with them all the time. They were there for 4 nights, 5 days. They had been to WDW before and said they would rather do it there way rather then the VIP treatment.

I've wondered about that, too. I think it would get exhausting to have someone escort you everywhere when you just want to be with your family. It'd be great to get into the rides so quickly, but having someone along for the "ride" so to speak would get tense after a while.

Wow! Lucky them! I wonder if you win something like that, if you're able to ask that the escort leave you alone in the parks for a day or two. I agree, it would get tiring to have someone butting into your family time every single day.
