Did you read this blog post we put up this week? What do you think about the Disney Company's reputation? DO you find them to be on top compared to other major brands in the US? Who would be your "most reputable company"?
Just had a chance to read that article. I'd have to agree. Given all my experiences, I'd put Disney at the very top of the list. Whether it's at the parks, or in a store, or online or on the phone, they always seem to excel at customer service. That's hard to do in such a huge organization.
I think it's a culture thing that trickles down from the top - and started with Walt himself.
