It was sent yesterday to Disney for Right of First Refusal. I'm really hoping we get it

Saw my AKL resale contract on Official DVC web site today! Signed paperwork on June 9, ROFR waived on July 5, Disney notified to transfer ownership on Aug 3. Was told that it would take 7 - 14 business days, appeared on the eighth business day. Now a proud owner of a monorail resort (BLT), an Epcot resort (BC) and AKL. Bought BLT directly from Disney and the other two on the aftermarket as a resale. Anxiously awaiting official notification in the mail.

Well our closing date has come and gone and we haven't closed 
all our final documents were in on time but still nothing from the sellers. You'd think they'd want the money and get it done but apparently not 
with my luck the contract is probably being sold in a bitter divorce and we're paying the price. Feeling pretty annoyed right now

Spook, if it is any consolation it did take around 3 months for my AKL resale contracts to be fully mine from bid to booking. Slow process but the $$$$ savings were worth it!
