So you're in Walt Disney World with a big group, perhaps a family reunion or a fan event and you want to meet up with a big group of folks to chill out and have some fun!
Where do you plan for your group to meet up?

I think it's good to go through Epcot as a family. We went as a big group as a family once and we really enjoyed it. When some of us wanted to break off it was no big deal. As far as a meal, in my family with kids, I think a good place to meet and have a meal is Chef Mickey's. Also meeting for the shows each and every night if you're in the same park is a must. That's my insight to group-trip planning

When about 80 people from our college's senior class went in 2009, me and my friend spent most of our time together. But there were times we met up with other people in groups of 10 or 15. It usually involved going to one of the bars or pool time at the resort.
Fellow Americans, I hear your tambourines inside my head and that's no lie!
Okay guys, you're not quite getting what I mean.
You're going to tell them "Everyone meet up at X, and we'll hang for an hour."
Where is X?
I would probably pick the Sunshine Tree Terrace for Citrus Swirls.
The Plaza Garden. There's a covered dock area (the old Swan Boat Landing) over the water across from TomorrowLand. You can sit and just take in the gorgeous roses! Big sitting area.

Ah! Okay. Knowing my people, it'd still be somewhere with booze. I'm going to say the Germany pavilion.

Hmm..let's just say it's 100 people. I say you meet in front of the Sorcerer's Hat at night, and then all head to the little Dance House where they have all that Disco stuff right by the Little Mermaid. I went there with my family this time, and it was neat, and with all the kids in my family I think it would be a good idea for most. If I wasn't to do that, I'd probably meet up at some kind of pool with a bar (for adults). I don't know all of the resort pools, so I couldn't tell you which one
