I just can't decide on this one. On one hand, I have no problem going solo to the parks and actually find it very relaxing to ride rides alone and people watch as long as I want. However, the cost for MNSSHP has spiked so much in recent years that I'm not sure it would be cost effective to pay the money to go solo.

I think for the additional people watching and festive atmosphere, I'd go solo. May not be entirely cost effective, but great entetainment!
I would if I had the opportunity. I'm considering going to MVMCP solo. I'm waiting for my friends to decide if they want to go. I arrive two days before they do. If they don't want to go, I may go the day I get in (11/11). If they do, then we'll go together on the 15th.
That's a good question. I, too, don't mind going solo to the parks. I enjoy it, even. But I think for MVMCP or MNSSHP, I would want to go with someone. For me, it's more about the shared experience in that instance. I could see though, to Jeff's point, that if photography, or people watching (ie being amused by other people) were your objectives, it would be very enjoyable.
How's that for fence-riding? 
I wouldnt... but I wouldnt do Disney in general alone. I just think its more fun with friends and family.

I'd totally go solo. Not worth missing the party just because your peeps can't go!
