Hi folks, I was asked yesterday by a friend when does the xmas decorations go up at WDW.?..I presume the Halloween decorations come down after the 31st..I said I would get the answer from you amazing people ...LOL..

Our awesome CM Mandy posted this in the past:
MK is decorated for Christmas first because there is usually a week between the last Halloween party and the first Christmas party. Then rest of the parks and resorts get decorated after Thanksgiving, also the Christmas Tree for Magic Kingdom doesn't get put up until after the first or second of December after they film the Christmas Day parade for Abc.

The Osborne Christmas Lights display start each year around Nov.7-9. They are lit up every night after that until after the new year. This year the display is up Nov. 7, 2014-Jan. 4, 2015.
The Osborne Christmas lights are our favorite Part of WDW Christmas. We go several times every year to see them. They are awesome!

Epcot is decorated after F&W is over. It's cool to see the transfermation.
While all the decorations may not be up, the decorations start the week before Thanksgiving. It's also cool to go to bed one night and walk into the lobby the next morning and see the tree up and lobby decorated.

Last year after the 31st we saw them slowly taking down the fall decoratons. He osbourn lights were done but not yet let. By the way under 7 days for you!!!!!
