You guys! This job!

Is seriously cutting into my internet time! The honeymoon phase is definitely winding down as the school year goes on, and I'm busy with naughty kids pretty much all day. It's tiring, but still interesting and fun. I try to take a break during the day and just read some fun stuff, so I am keeping up with everyone's stories.

Today I got the full menu for our intimate dining in November, so I have to make some choices for that very soon. I'm worried about it, because it's a surprise dinner and I'm not sure what my husband will want! laugh I'm sure he'll love whatever, but I want this to be the event of the trip. muchlove

Anyway, just wanted to say hi! I hope everyone is doing well...lots of us on a short countdown! mickey clapping mickey

We did this last week, I chose for hubby; the lobster risotto to start, the tuna salad, onion soup, pork chop and baked chocolate mousse. He said the whole thing was the best food he had EVER eaten so any of those I would recommend Wink (I had a specially made menu as I have so many food problems)

Mmmm I'd pick either the risotto or crab cakes, French onion, tuna salad, new York strip, and the baked mousse! It all sounds incredible though!

My problem is I started reading from the bottom up (I'm a dessert first girl) and now I can't get past the chocolate mousse with caramel and bourbon......Heaven!

Definitely the swans with the chocolate mousse.

Lobster Risotto

Filet with the lobster.

I would never finish it all, but that is how I would order. I know people will argue the fact, but I wasn't brought up to clean my plate. I would enjoy every bite I could though.
