I've looked all over, but I can't find my hammock. Otherwise I'd be having a little siesta right now. What a relaxing picture.

The artist who designed this called it "Cloud Gate". But for us Chicagoans, we simply called it "The Bean"! Smile

I wonder how they keep it shiny. Does someone polish it every couple of days?

I'm guessing that the Chicago Park District has to clean it every so often, but I don't know how often.

Zappers -- I want to go for a walk there! Where is it?

Millie -- Yep! That other pic was on Broadway right near Wall!

Tony -- Nope -- taken on my way home from work one day when I lived in NYC. I don't have any slow settings on my cheap little camera; just got lucky with the taxi speeding by!

Another one from up north:

Is that a genuine hidden Mickey or just a coincidence?

It's just a coincidence. That's an old bathtub at an antiques barn!

Gorgeous admin. I love stained glass/leaded windows. DW and I were given a stained glass piece with our initials and wedding date as a gift from a family friend (which he made). It is beautiful and very well made. It was our favorite gift.

Is that the pretty puppy we saw in an earlier photo, Zapperz? (And is this your new backyard?)
