Wow, Zz -- that looks pretty rural for being slow close to Chicago! Also, what a beautiful path to walk during your workday.
Well, the lab IS about 25 miles outside of Chicago. 
I like the walk, which is about 10-15 minutes each way. It provides a nice, quiet time to think. Some time there are "wild life" around, such as white tail deer, or even the white deer that has become the lab's identity. I just have to keep an eye out for poison ivy.
