We all know that Disney vacations don't come cheap, and extra experiences can add a cost that not everyone can manage. Never fear Valentines Walt Disney World is full of romantic opportunities just waiting to be taken advantage of. Last year we posted a list of 5 Romantic Things To Do At Disney For Free, this year we've come up with even more ideas to add a bit of romance to your Disney vacation without adding extra expense.
Resort To Romance:
Call it an early night in the Parks and head back to your resort for a relaxing nighttime swim and soak in the hot tub at your hotel. Taking a dip under the stars always seems to have a magical feeling to me.
Wake up early one morning and sneak out to pick up breakfast. Wake your sweetie with fresh coffee and something to eat before even leaving the room.
Take a stroll down to the beach to catch the Electrical Water Pageant at the Magic Kingdom area Resorts. Stroll the Boardwalk one night in the Epcot Area.
Cast Member Creativity:
Declare your love over and over with a series of fun and romantic poses in your pictures with the characters. May times they are more than happy to get in the act with creative staging.
Sneak off at Dinner and ask if the Chef can write a special message like "I Love You" in chocolate on your partner's dessert plate.
Be sure to let Disney know if you are celebrating your anniversary or you are on your honeymoon, often you'll find a little special magic can come your way. Don't be shy in letting cast members know that you're on a special trip.
Park Perfect:
Find Cinderella's Wishing Well, make a wish with the one you love and toss a coin in. Seal it with a kiss.
Snuggle on the dark rides - just remember there are night vision cameras, and you are being watched.
After dark Disney Parks take on much more romantic vibe than during the day. Stroll around World Showcase holding hands and be sure to explore all the charming intimate gardens of Epcot.
Even quick service restaurants can take on an enchanting vibe after dark. Find a quiet spot with beautiful outdoor seating like Flame Tree Barbecue, or the Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes at Animal Kingdom. Be sure to take your time and enjoy the night.
