2012 Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

It's time once again for the ghouls and goblins to gather at Walt Disney World's magic Kingdom for 23 spooktacular nights of fun during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

A pumpkin-orange glow and light fog along with ghostly silhouettes dancing atop the roofs of Main Street, U.S.A create lots of delight and not so much fright during this family-friendly, after-hours party. Guests of all ages are invited to dress up in favorite Halloween costumes for trick or treating. Ticket holders for this exclusive soriee, can enter the park beginning around 4:00 and by 7:00pm the party is in full swing with trick-or-treat stations opening all over the park!

Meet and Greet the Disney characters donning their finest Halloween costumes, and enjoy classic Disney entertainment unique to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. During the party many popular Magic Kingdom attractions are open, but as we've mentioned before it's best to use this time for pure party if you can because there's so much to do! The Haunted Mansion is exceptionally creepy this time of year when ghost from all over come out to play!

Nightly entertainment features what many fans consider to be one of Disney's best parades ever "Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade". As in years past this fantastic event gets off to a galloping good start as the infamous Headless Horseman makes his ride, followed by "The Not-So-Scary Street Jam!" calling all monsters to gather for the celebration. Have you been practicing your moves? "HalloWishes," lights the sky in an exciting a green and orange fireworks display complete with all your favorite Disney villains.

Party dates in 2012 are:

  • Sept. 11, 14, 18 21, 25, 28, 30;
  • Oct. 4, 5, 8, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 21, 22, 23, 25, 28, 30 and 31;
  • Nov. 2.

Special after-hours tickets are required to attend the Halloween Party. DVC Member savings and Advance Sales savings of $6 per ticket are available on select dates. Can't wait for this! Went three years ago and will be there in about 3 weeks!
We really had fun running through MK getting candy and being silly.

We were there on opening night. This party is always so much fun and the fireworks are just wonderful. It is well worth the price of admission.
