2013 Is The "Year of the Ear" at Walt Disney World

Everyone loves some great looking mouse ears and over the past couple of season Disney has kicked up production and released dozens of new styles. Hang onto your hat though because 2013 has been declared the Year of the Ear!

How Will You Celebrate the Year of the Ear?
Each new month of 2013 will bring a variety of fun, funky and fabulous new ear hats. The fun kicks off in January with a swank limited-release collection from Disney Couture. Brand new colors and designs will have ear hat collectors clamoring for each new set, and looking at the press materials there's a good chance many new hats will be released in mini size as well! So save a little extra spending money for your Disney Time because your collection of ear hats and headgear is sure to grow!

Designs of the new ear hats are likely to represent a broad variety of holidays, special occasions, and life milestones that reflect the themes of the Disney's Limited Time Magic campaign. Limited Addition Ears will also be available for those traveling to Disneyland in Anaheim, California. Hi Patricia! Ear hats can be found all over the parks. For these fun limited edition ones I would probably look at the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney, Emporium or The Chapeau in Magic Kingdom, Mouse Gears in Epcot. I'm sure that they'll be available in a wide variety of places. I haven't heard of they will be available or not on the Disney Store, but I plan in keeping my eyes open for them!

Rebecca - They have made Grad ears for several years now, and they are most readily available in the late spring and summer. I have seen them in the Emporium at MK and in MouseGears at Epcot. I have also seen Grad ears available on the DisneyStore.com. Disney is always changing it's selection of goods, so I can't promise that something will be there when you are. However if you call Mail Order I'm sure that they could help.
