A couple of weeks ago I posted a challenge to my readers to join me in our 2016 Food & Wine Festival Photo Hunt. Well, I'm back from my trip and thought I would share some of my favorite Photo Hunt shots with you. I had a fantastic time hunting down the perfect pictures for the list during my vacation, so sit back and check out just a bit of the festival fun shots!
#2 The First Thing You Taste - My first festival bite was the fresh, bright heirloom tomato salad from Greenhouse Guru.
#3 My Favorite Pairing of Tastes and Sips was without a doubt my favorite pairing came from the Islands of the Caribbean Marketplace Booth. The Mojo Pork knocked it out of the park, and it was made even better with the Caribbean Sangria.
#5 My Favorite Design On A Marketplace Booth has got to be the adorable little whitewashed building that represents Greece. I only wish that they had their own olive garden courtyard.
#10 A trip to Epcot just wouldn't be the same without a picture of the Park Icon Spaceship Earth.
#12 Wine Bottles are easily found during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. I thought I would snap something creative and found my focus in the Wine & Dine Studio Garden where they have a unique sculpture made from wine bottles.
#13 The Wine and Dine Studio had a very classy courtyard full of themed Food & Wine Display pieces including this tasting wheel to help guests come up with words for the flavors that they would be tasting.
#15 Here's my Selfie Shot. My son and I were waiting for the bus at the Grand Floridian. This was his first year being able to drink at Food & Wine and he really enjoyed himself. It was a great mother/son trip. Hey! This pic can also serve to show off my fabulous ears for #11.
#19 I love Fireworks, but I may have cheated a bit on this one. We slipped out the back of Epcot and headed over to watch the Star Wars Galactic Spectacular at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Don't forget you can share your own food & wine festival pictures! Just tag your photos with #F&WPhotoHunt on Twitter and Instagram, or post them in our Member Forum! And on Twitter be sure to follow @WDWforGrownups!
Happy Hunting!
