I positively love biting into a crispy, chewy French Macaron especially if it's done while sitting at a Cafe table at Epcot's Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie. This classic little sweet seems simple, but it takes real skill to get them right. Les Halles offers a pre-packaged rainbow assortment of 6 cookies that is just perfect to share. You'll find other macarons around WDW, but these are the best.

DFB offers a Disney Food hack that turns a few easily gathered ingredients from the Magic Kingdom into a build-it-yourself Mickey Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich with Peanut Butter Sauce extravaganza. Two huge Mickey shaped cookies packed with chocolate chips, and dipped in chocolate, then packed with cookies and cream ice cream, and drizzled with Peanut Butter Sauce. So much goodness packed into every bite. This one may be gilding the lily, but I'll let you decide that.

Disney's Hollywood Studios' Carrot Cake Cookie can now only be found at the Trolley Car Treats Starbucks location. This long-time fan favorite cookie was once raved about, but, it has undergone some changes in recent years and the jury is still out for some folks. If you've always been in love with the rich sumptuous carrot cake, you'll be thrilled to know that there is even more of it in the new version. Sadly, if you are all about the cream cheese frosting, you may find the new version a little lack luster.

Gingerbread cookies are always a fun holiday treat, but they're even better when they come shaped like a Mouseketeer! You'll find these charming treats at several bakeries across Disney property year round in both a classic sugar cookie and gingerbread. While I've indulged in both versions, the gingerbread is a clear winner.

Just last week our friends over at the Disney Food Blog discovered a S'mores Gourmet Cookie in the bakery case at Disney World's Art of Animation resort. This tempting treat is loaded with all the gooey, chocolatey, graham crackers goodness you want. It's big enough to share, but do you really want to?
