Earlier this week, Disney was sued by two men for copyright infringement over a Christmas movie.
The men, who hail from Missouri and Tennessee, claim they wrote then pitched to Disney a story called "Santa Paws" in 1991. At the time, their idea went nowhere. However, since then, Disney has released two movies with similar themes and elements, according to the men.
In 2009, Disney released "Santa Buddies: The Legend of Santa Paws," and in 2010, they released "The Search for Santa Paws." The plaintiffs in the case claim the movies contained plot points that were found in their story as well as dialogue that was reproduced word-for-word.
The men are asking for a jury trial at this time. We'll keep our eyes out for any further developments regarding this story.

I think Disney should go ahead and fork over the profit they made on these movies.
All $10 of it.
I'm surprised those guys want to admit those crappy movies were their idea.
