The second edition of Disney Extra Credit Magazine recently debuted, just in time for back-to-school.
The publication from Disney Youth Programs is designed for educators and students and covers topics in performing arts and education.
The new issue features stories by Joe Rohde, Senior Vice President and Creative Executive for Walt Disney Imagineering, and Thomas Schumacher, Producer and President of Walt Disney Theatrical.
Rohde talks about how Disney Imagineering relies on research to create the magic in Disney Parks and Resorts. The Career Spotlight section with Thomas Schumacher goes hand-in-hand with a story featuring Disney performing arts alumni.
For educators the magazine includes ideas for adding creativity to the classroom and in-depth education news, tips for student travel, in addition to information on upcoming Disney events for performers.
