It's time for another Disney news round-up, and today is holiday-themed. The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights might be gone, but you'll have a chance to celebrate the holidays at Disney's Hollywood Studios with an all-new spectacular. Read on to find out more holiday news!
Disney's Hollywood Studios is celebrating the holidays this year with the all-new 'Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!' nighttime holiday spectacular. The show which includes projections, special effects, fireworks, and more will come to life on, above, and around the Chinese Theater.
There's also a Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Holiday Party that includes reserved viewing, desserts, specialty beverages, and more. The cost of the dessert party is $69 for adults and $39 for children. Booking is currently available by calling (407) WDW-DINE for dates through December 10.
Taping for the 2016 Disney Christmas special is planned for November 9-13 at the theme parks at Walt Disney World. This year the holiday parade will be taped at Disneyland. The musical performances and stage shows will be taped throughout the day at the theme parks and guests are encouraged to stop and watch the tapings, but no tickets will be available.
Guests at this year's Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party can pick up an all-new holiday-themed Sorcerer's of the Magic Kingdom card featuring Goofy. The new card, 'Goofy's Festive Fiasco,' celebrates holiday chaos created by Goofy as he's decorating for the holiday season.
And finally, guests can meet Princess Elena beginning November 24 at the Princess Fairytale Hall in the Magic Kingdom. FastPass+ reservations for the Cinderella and Elena meet-and-greet are now available.
