Disney Reservation System To Be Unavailable February 23 & 27

Disney's reservation system will be undergoing enhancements for a large part of the day Thursday, February 23 that will hamper the ability for guests to make reservations and bookings. In addition, the system will also be down for a shorter period of time in the early morning of Monday, February 27.

Bookings and reservations for Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort and the hotels of Disneyland Resort, Aulani, Disney's Vero Beach Resort and Hilton Head Island Resort will not be available starting at 3 a.m. Eastern Time on the 23rd until later that afternoon. Guests will not be able to book room-only or vacation packages by phone or internet during the enhancement and also will not be able to make any kind of new resort reservation, modify an existing reservation, or make payments.

Also, the enhancement will also affect the ability to make reservations for dining and dinner shows, kid's activity centers, tours, and Cirque du Soleil's La Nouba at Walt Disney World. Disney's Online Check-In Service will also not be available during the reservation system's enhancement.

As mentioned above, the enhancement to the reservation system is planned for Thursday, February 23 from 3 a.m. Eastern Time until later in that day's afternoon as well as 4 a.m. until 7 a.m. Monday, February 27. It should be noted times and dates are subject to change.
