Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival is gearing up to start later this month, and a few Downtown Disney restaurants are planning cooking demonstrations to coincide with the popular event.
First off, Fulton's Crab House will be giving a tutorial on pan-searing wild Alaska king salmon at 1 p.m. October 1. The restaurant also will be offering a signature dinner November 2 at 7 p.m. that will cost $150 per guest.
Next, Portobello is offering two separate classes. The first, featuring chef Steven Richard, is set to take place October 7 at 1 p.m.; the second class, this one with chef Tony Montuano, will be held October 20 at 1 p.m. Portobello's signature dinner is planned for October 20 at 6:30 p.m. It will feature both chefs and cost $150 per guest.
Last, Wolfgang Puck Cafe will be offering it's own take on a cooking demonstration by teaching guests how to make pumpkin ravioli on October at 5 p.m. Cost for the class is $11. The Cafe's signature dinner will be held October 12 at 6:30 p.m. with a price tag of $135 per guest.
