Food & Wine Fest Bookings Begin August 14

Food and Wine Fest enthusiasts: prepare to mark your calendars. The date guests can begin to book special events at this year's International Food and Wine Festival at Epcot is Tuesday, August 14 at 7 A.M.

There are some new events to choose from this year, including a Marketplace VIP Access Chef Tour and Italian Regional Food & Wine Luncheon. The Marketplace Tour will be held every Wednesday during the fest and is set to start at 10:30 A.M. This two-hour tour will feature five marketplace dishes and five adult beverages; cost is $90 plus tax. Over in Italy, the Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar will be the site of the "leisurely" Italian Regional Food & Wine Luncheons which will "pair wines and casual, authentic dishes." The cost for these luncheons is $75 plus tax (includes gratuity). Admission to Epcot is required to attend both the new special events during the fest.

Also available for booking starting August 14 are some returning guest favorites. The Party for the Senses is back and is scheduled for October 6, 13, 20 and 27 as well as November 3. General admission for this extravagent affair starts at $145. You might also want to mark your calendar for another favorite event - the White Truffle Lunch; this is set for November 4 at the Tutto Italia Ristorante.
