Anna and Elsa have officially arrived at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
The Frozen Summer Fun event kicked off July 5 at the Studios with the inaugural 'Anna and Elsa's Royal Welcome' parade.
The Frozen sister arrive at the park each morning in a royal horse drawn sleigh while Kristoff makes his grand entrance on the Wandering Oaken's Trading Post float. The parade also includes a flag corp, a troupe of ice cutters, sliding skiers, snowflakes, and more.
When the royal procession reaches the stage near the Sorcerer's Hat, Anna and Elsa are officially welcomed to Hollywoodland, and the parade continues through the park, ending at Star Tours: The Adventure Continues.
Each day 20 to 30 kids will be randomly chosen to become honorary royalty of Arendelle and will have a chance to march in the parade.
The Frozen Summer Fun event also includes Wandering Oaken's Trading Post and the Frozen Funland, located in Soundstage One (between Toy Story Midway Mania and the Studio Backlot Tour).
Oaken and his cousins have set up shop in a winter wonderland that includes a frozen pond where guests can ice skate. The area is also home to a snowy play area where guests can build a snowman. Special food and beverage items are also available.
The trading post is where guests can find Frozen merchandise including dolls, plush toys, apparel, pins, D-Tech on Demand iPhone cases and more. Guests can also purchase open retail MagicBands featuring images of Elsa, Anna, and Olaf. These MagicBands can be linked at the time of purchase to your current MagicBand.
The Frozen Summer Fun event ends each night with the Frozen-inspired fireworks display. The display is one of the first Disney fireworks shows to be inspired by one film. It features a finale set to Let It Go.
The Frozen Summer Fun event runs through September 1 at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
