A Mighty Festival Celebrates St. Patrick's Day at Raglan Road

Are you looking for a fun way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day at Walt Disney World? For the most authentic celebration in town make your way to Downtown Disney and Raglan Road for a Mighty Festival 'St. Patrick's Day Celebration' March 8-10 & 14-17!

Will You Be Wearin' The Green?

It's a spirited week of Irish revelry and fun that will gear up March 8-10 from 6 to 11 p.m. with performances at Raglan Road by The Willis Clan, a family of artists and musicians who merge their Irish roots with other music genres. Nova Celtic, with its own twist on popular Irish music, will appear on Downtown Disney's nearby outdoor stage.

March 14 and 15 from 6 p.m. until 1 a.m., and continuing March 16 and 17 from noon until 1 a.m there's even more exciting Irish bands and pro dancers performing on several stages both indoors and out. A true Irish pub with Dublin roots, Raglan Road has become a Disney fan favorite all year long, but at this time of year the spirit of the Emerald Isle fills the air. Raglan Road features the very best of fresh, bistro-style Irish food, fine Irish beers and whiskies and live musical entertainment, all in an authentic and lively atmosphere.

Highlights of the Mighty Festival will include:

• Face painting, stiltwalkers and plenty of St. Patrick's Day memorabilia.
• Musical Performances by The Willis Clan, Girsa, Three Dollar Band, Nova Celtic, The Farrell Bros., Celtic Wave, Johnny & Justin, Wyndbreakers, Raglan Road house band Creel and Albannach
• U2 tribute band Elevation, playing Saturday and Sunday
• Irish dancer and choreographer Ronan McCormack leads Irish Dance Workshops Friday through Sunday
• Dublin-born multi-instrumentalist Declan Masterson, leading Irish Music Workshops
• The Raglan Road Dancers, performing daily
• "The Electric Ceili," (kay-lee) Sunday evening, bringing together a host of Irish musicians and dancers
