More Details Released for the ‘Villains Unleashed’ Event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

In a just a few weeks the Disney villains are descending upon Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney has released more spooky details.

More than 50 Disney villains are scheduled to attend Villains Unleashed on August 23, with Hades, Megara, and Pain and Panic serving as hosts.

After kicking things off at 8 p.m. the Hercules villains will be joined on stage by the Underworld Dancers, DJ Igg Nite, and other villains including the Queen of Hearts, the Sheriff of Nottingham, the Big Bad Wolf, and Captain Hook.

The otherwise quiet Streets of America will be transformed for the night into the Villains Dominion. Guests will be able to meet Cruella De Vil, Jafar, Dr. Facilier, Gaston, Shan Yu from Mulan, Bowler Hat Guy from Meet the Robinsons, and Captain Gantu and Dr. Hamsterviel from Lilo & Stitch: The Series, Lady Tremaine, Judge Claude Frollo, and evil stepsisters Anastasia and Drizella.

Near Star Tours: The Adventures Continue intergalactic villains Boba Fett, Sith apprentice Darth Maul, and Darth Vader will be hanging out. Other characters in this area include Zam Wessel, Aurra Sing, Asajj Ventress, Jango Fett, Greedo, and the Jawas.

The one and only Captain Hector Barbossa will be holding court at Stage 4 (the daytime location of The Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow).

In addition to the characters, Villains Unleashed will also feature the Villainy in the Sky fireworks led by Hades and Maleficent. Guests will also have a chance to get a Villains ExScream Makeover with complimentary face painting near Echo Lake.

Villains Unleashed is a hard ticket event and tickets are still available.
