Chocolate fans are going to love the newest addition coming to Disney Springs later this year. A new chocolate shop, The Ganachery, is scheduled to open at the shopping, dining, and entertainment district before the end of the year.
The Ganachery will be located in The Landing at Disney Springs, which is also home to Morimoto Asia, Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar, THE BOATHOUSE, and more. The shop will feature custom-blended chocolates.
Disney chefs have traveled the world to research and create a custom blend chocolate using the best beans. The Ganachery will feature fresh-made ganache, which is a mixture of chocolate and cream.
Fresh batches will be created daily, handcrafted by a chocolatier "on stage," and the varieties will include dark, hazelnut, chipotle, and a custom blend with spices and flavors from around the world.
Guests will be able to enjoy their chocolate treats at the shop and take home gifts in custom packages.

I am both excited and horrified at once.
Excited because it sounds wonderful.
Terrified because it I'll probably have to be dragged away from it once I visit ;)
Still, it'll be nice to have a more unusual option for sweet treats outside of the parks (I'm a huge fan of Karamelle Kuche so if it's in the same quality league as that, I'll be happy).
