New Music, Food at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon
Disney's water parks are a great way to beat the Florida summer heat, and this summer Disney's Typhoon Lagoon has added some new beats and eats to its fun.
First off, guests can catch the Calypso band Tropicals (pictured to the right) at the park from 11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through July 15. Look for the band near the Crush 'n' Gusher water coaster pool area.
Next, the park has a new temporary food and beverage tent. Tropicalamity will offer up dishes that are a bit different than normal park fare. Included in its menu are chicken jerk pita wraps, hot meatball subs, cold Italian subs and citrus chicken salads.
Also, guests can catch up with Lilo and Stitch. The duo will host their meet-and-greet at the High N' Dry sundries shop through September 8.

We had the meatball sub and chicken salad sandwiches last week. 9 bucks each with a bag of chips.
Sad to say both meals were really really awful. Worst food we've ever had at disney, and we've had a lot of it.
